Orders will take 2-3 business days for processing after payment is received. Orders require 3-7 business days for delivery depending on its destination.
We will not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customer receive only the best quality of hair. There are NO returns or Exchanges. If the product is damaged upon delivery we will issue a refund or exchange. However all returned or exchanged items MUST be mailed/returned in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. If you want to exchange an item you will need to contact our customer service via email. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed).
Items meeting the above conditions may be exchanged within 7 days of the original receipt. We honor this for up to 7 days after purchase.
